Sewing Team Member

Full or part time options
Location: Asheville, NC (not remote)

Job Description

We are looking to grow our sewing team in our Asheville, NC workshop for either a full time or part time position. Your job will focus on custom framebag production and various universal products. Common equipment used will be industrial sewing machines, rotary cutters, bar tackers, and clicker machines.

We work in a team environment, with multiple people performing various steps of the custom framebag process. Collaboration and communication with others happens often during the work day.

You will also be asked to contribute to various elements of the business such as marketing efforts, website copy, photography, product research and development, retail, shipping, customer service, etc. We are a small team and all of us contribute in areas outside our primary roles.

Qualifications

Sewing experience strongly desired. However, if you are good with your hands, a quick learner, and have great attention to detail, you may be well qualified to apply. No intimate knowledge of bikes or camping is required.

– Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom
– Bikepacking or camping experience

Customer Service Team Member

Part time role with opportunity for full time
Location: Asheville, NC (not remote)

Job Description

We are looking to grow our team in our Asheville, NC workshop. Your primary job will focus on providing customer service and assisting with shipping of online orders.

Additional duties include;

– Email and phone correspondence with customers
– Dressing and assembling product
– Packaging orders for domestic and international orders
– Processing returns and product repairs/replacements
– Quality control check on finished product

There is also opportunity to contribute all elements of the business such as marketing efforts, website copy, photography, product research and development, retail, etc. We are a small team and all of us contribute in areas outside our primary roles.

– Experience communicating with customers
