Protect your cables, rip your descents. The BarJam Cradle is a lightweight, exceptionally stable bikepacking harness that protects your cables and secures your dry bag away from your head tube.
Designed to excel on rough singletrack the machined 6061 aluminum bolt-on brackets and cradle arms extend your drybag out and downwards, past your cables and away from your head tube. Includes Armadillo dry bag protector.

Unique, patent pending design
- Independent cradle arms with swivel J-hook strap retention. J-hooks rotate to allow natural angle between straps and bars.
- Top carbon fiber accessory bar (22.2 mm diameter).
- No rigid cross-member low in front of your head tube. This ensures your frame is not damaged from the cradle during a crash or if your load slips downwards when overloaded.
- 3-axis load adjustability for perfect dry bag placement (lower cradle arms can move independently).
- Cradle arms are backwards compatible with all BarJam Harnesses dating back to 2017.
Made from Quality Components
- 6061 aluminum brackets, shims, cradle arms, and J-hooks. The shims are machined 6061 aluminum for greater grip strength and durability.
- No plastic/nylon cradle components.
- Carbon fiber accessory bar, 22.2 mm diameter, either 12" or 8.5" in length.
- Large M5 stainless steel bolts.

Recommended max load is about 3.5 kg. This exact number is dependent on multiple factors, including the location of the load relative to your handlebars. The failure mode from excessive loads for the BarJam Cradle (and many other cradles) is rotation of the load downwards. A design advantage unique to the BarJam Cradle is that there is no bar low that could contact your head tube if the load rotates downwards from excessive forces (e.g., in a crash or from large drops/jumps).
