We recommend adding these Austere aluminum cam buckles to your saddlebag build if you’re bikepacking on technical, bumpy terrain. These buckles have a no-slip grip on webbing which keeps your seat packs high and tight against your saddle’s rails on the roughest trails. We can add these to our Gondola dropper post bag, and ultra-light Foxglove saddlebag.
Austere bikepacking cam buckles are designed to keep tension on webbing without slipping under heavy loads. Two of these are perfect to hold your saddlebag webbing around your seat rails. If you're bikepacking extremely rough singletrack routes these are a great upgrade to prevent your saddlebag from sagging under your seat.
